Custom Orders

All of our canvas artwork is custom-made according to your specifications. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any orders unless there is an issue with the product. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we are committed to resolving the issue quickly and efficiently:

Notification: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@artofalbums.com with your order number and details of the issue. Include photos of the damaged or defective item to help us assess the situation.

Replacement: If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge. We do not offer refunds for damaged or defective items but will ensure that you receive a replacement product that meets our quality standards.

Shipping Costs: We will cover the shipping costs for sending out the replacement.
